how it started Alastair Seaman, founder of the Real Sgian Dubh Co., has always enjoyed knives, craft, natural materials and traditional processes. When he lost his plastic sgian dubh with its fake stone, he vowed that he wouldn't wear one again until he found time in his retirement to make his own 'Real Sgian Dubh'. Ten years later he came across the remarkable knife makers of Nepal and the idea for the Real Sgian Dubh Co. was born. philosophy The Real Sgian Dubh Co. aims to be a Transformational Business.
